The New Braunfels Quilt Show will be held in their Civic Center downtown New Branfels, Texas, this weekend. Show dates are: July 23-24-25, 2010, from 10-5, Friday & Saturday and Sunday, 11-4p.m. Quilters Patch will be one of the vendors there, so be sure and stop by if you attend and say hello.

Quilters Patch 15th Anniversary is coming up! Fifteen years…WOW! Has it been that long? Didn’t we just open just a couple of years ago? My how time flies when you’re doing what you love….quilting!
We are going to celebrate with our ANNUAL SALE, starting Thursday, June 10th through June 12th. The store will be OPEN regular hours, ten to five, Thursday and Friday, and ten to two on Saturday. You know how hard it has become to find zippers. Atkinson Designs has come up with this super display for zippers. As you can see, they come in tons of colors – 36 to be exact. They are 14″ and can be adjusted to suit your project. They are due in later this week.
How time does fly by. Were we just not finishing Inventory and putting our Christmas decorations away? Guess not…because here it comes again…! Santa is in the store and has invaded the Western Section and has moved up to the front of the store as well…..such a Happy Guy He is!
Nancy Halverson will have a new Christmas Book coming out in June and here is a sneak peek of it from her booth at Spring Market.
There will be small stitchery hangings or pillows…tea towels decorated, table runners and more. Watch for this book to come in. Her fabrics are in the store now.

Karen and I have just returned from Spring Market! So much fun and so little time, and there is always something new to see. Everyday for a couple of days we will post some of the pics we took at Market for items that we now have in the store and some to come.
Are these little bags just so cute and decorated so cleverly….everything from buttons to rick rack and little pom pom’s. This item is in the store and sews up quickly. Pattern is by Atkinson. Watch for our new arrival of her Zippers as well!
If you weren’t among those of us that went to Retreat at DeepWoods Retreat in Smithville, Texas, welllllll, you missed a mighty fine fun time! What a gorgeous place and designed by a Quilter, so it’s Perfect!…as my beginner student would say….smile.
We have reserved the time of November 11-14, 2010 and the time during April 28–May 1, 2011. If in anyway you think you are interested, please call and let us sign you up. We are working the details out for November and will have the costs soon.
